Dillia Ulysse

Dillia has always been passionate about helping people. She has given her time volunteering with several organizations. She holds is a NYS licensed sales person with Scope Realty, has a background in Accounting and is currently finishing her Bachelor’s at Queens College. In her spare time, she is creating art on canvases, empowering others within her community and has been a Junior Board member since 2019.

Lydia Tschoe is the Program Associate at the Foundation for Opioid Response Efforts (FORE), where she works to support the foundation’s programs and grantmaking, aiding in FORE’s vision to inspire and accelerate action to end the opioid crisis. She obtained her Master of Health Administration with a focus on Health Policy and Management from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Lydia has served on Exponents’ Junior Board, in a voluntary capacity since 2019. She is dedicated to health equity and promoting wellness in every community.

Iris is a Wharton MBA student in her first year. Prior to attending business school, her professional experiences include Security Transformation Consultant at Amazon Web Services and Cloud Infrastructure Consultant at Deloitte. She aspires to be an impact venture entrepreneur, with a focus on technology, social impact, and sustainability. Outside of work, Iris enjoys hiking, tennis and golf and has been a very active Junior Board member since 2019.
