Donald R. Powell is a nonprofit professional and community advocate with more than three decades of experience in nonprofit development, public health, social services, and community engagement.

Mr. Powell serves as the Sr. Director Of Non-Clinical Programs & External Relations at EXPONENTS, supporting fundraising, organizational development, special initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Mr. Powell holds a Master of Human Services (MhS) from Lincoln University and has extensive experience working to strengthen organizations and expand services for underserved communities. At EXPONENTS, he brings his experience, dedication, and commitment to advancing the organization’s mission and community impact. Mr. Powell has been with the organization for 17 years.
