Exponents’ operates a NYS licensed medically supervised chemical dependency outpatient program with intensive and non-intensive program tracks, an LGBT specific track medication assisted treatment (Buprenorphine) and harm reduction services.
Project inFORM provides social activities, counseling, workforce development, and HIV/HCV and substance abuse prevention. KiKi Lounge every second and fourth Tuesday.

The Access Initiative connects everyone to MPV resources, updates, and prevention services. NYC allows everyone the opportunity to receive their MPV vaccine. Our team will assist with scheduling your appointment and providing assistance with treatment and next steps.
We provide new and gently used donated clothing from our Exponents Community, clothing companies, and thrift stores throughout the NYC area for all occasions.
Feeding Our Families Pantry is an initiative that ensures each participant receiving services are provided a nutritious snack while onsite and with pre-packaged meals especially for those who resides in shelters, residential treatment programs, or single-room-occupancy dwellings.
Our supportive counselors work closely with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to ensure individuals get access to diagnoses, connections to medication/treatment, and exploring issues of trauma, adverse childhood experiences as well as the impacts of stigma and racism.
