Xenia has over two decades of diverse expertise spanning multinational corporate environments and high-level government roles. A seasoned healthcare executive specializing in access and policy, her career is marked by a steadfast commitment to driving strategic initiatives that optimize patient access to innovative treatments and shape healthcare policy agendas. Xenia is the VP of Customer Success of Epikast, ensuring the company delivers exceptional service. Xenia has served in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry, holding regional, global, and country-level roles at Roche, Merk, Novartis, Lilly, and Schering-Plough. She has been involved in the launch and successful reimbursement of 30+ products across 27 markets. Prior to Epikast, Xenia worked at the office of the Prime Minister in Greece, where she led a team of 45+ professionals to coordinate the work for Greece’s post-MoU enhanced supervision program, with an emphasis in healthcare.She holds an MS in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE), and an MA and BS in Economics, both from the University of East Anglia.
