Exponents is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through an important leadership transition and into its next chapter of impact. Building on a strong legacy of service, the CEO will serve as Exponents’ chief strategist, external champion, and organizational steward, advancing improved health outcomes and wellness for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, substance use, incarceration, and behavioral health challenges.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be an experienced nonprofit leader with a strong record of fundraising across diverse revenue streams and a deep commitment to the communities Exponents serves. This leader will bring creativity, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities that expand impact and advance Exponents’ vision of a world without AIDS and equitable treatment of addiction.
The CEO will lead a team of approximately 30 staff and oversee a $4M budget, setting organizational vision while ensuring operational and financial excellence. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across stakeholders, and foster a client driven, strength based organizational culture.
